We support and demand the return of supervision of the Judiciary to the Legislative Branch to reinstate the checks and balances that the original writes of the Minnesota Constitution intended. Article Six Section Nine of the Minnesota Constitution clearly directs it is the intent of the people for the Legislature to discipline the Judicial Branch. We oppose the Quie Bill.
