#CNNDebate Can you hear us now?

After 25 or so Election 2012 Presidential Primary debates, this author looked forward to the #CNNDebate.

After hearing such probing questions as pizza crust preferences and favorites from among Elvis and Johnny Cash, this voter looked for to having an Election 2012 Primary Presidential Debate that finally asked the tough questions. http://huff.to/AxhvKt

CNN raised this author’s expectations when it encouraged viewers to submit there on questions and comments via Twitter.com in advance of the 2/22/2012 debate in Arizona. At last, it seemed we were on the cusp of an enlightening debate.

About this same time social issues like birth control and forcing churches to provide birth control through insurance to their employees surfaced.

And so before the debate, this author tweeted:

#CNNDebate Proposed Framework: Lets stick to current,pressing issues&not get distracted by social issues that havnt been resolved in 50+ yrs

Further, to create some kind of consensus among twitterers regarding which questions should be asked, author tweeted:

 #CNNDebate If you see a proposed question U would like to see asked,retweet it or submit your own version of it #WETHEPEOPLE just want truth
